Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with the tamper-proof seal intact and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@edelweissbotanicals.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@edelweissbotanicals.com and we'll make it right.
Opened Products
Because our salves are a personal care product, we can't accept returns on opened items. That said, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us — we stand behind what we make and we'll work with you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your unopened item and place a separate order for the product you'd like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us at hello@edelweissbotanicals.com.
